To know what door handle will actually fit your 2001 Four Winds Hurricane motorhome you'll have to remove the door latch assembly from the door and measure the cutout hole. You won't need to completely remove the assembly, but can simply unscrew the backing plate inside the motorhome and measure the cutout with the exterior plate still in the hole.

The correct part for your 2005 Thor General Coach is part # LC380266. If your coach is equipped with 42 Series steps from Kwikee this part works for your application. Most parts aren't interchangeable with Kwikee step controls. If you have the 42 series steps, part # LC363989 won't work with that motor for your steps.
